MA Equestrian - 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

At MA Equestrian, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, necessitating changes to scheduled riding lessons. To maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensure the best experience for all our riders, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of riding lessons.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 48-hour period will still be charged the full amount and is non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us of a cancellation within the 48-hour timeframe and not showing up for the lesson is non-refundable.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

This policy is designed to ensure the smooth scheduling of lessons and allows us to accommodate other riders who may be on a waiting list. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this cancellation policy.

Lesson Changes for Adverse Weather or Safety Reasons

The safety of our riders, horses, and staff is our highest priority at MA Equestion. This means that on rare occasions we may at short notice be required to change lesson content or, in exceptional circumstances, cancel lessons due to bad weather.

We reserve the right to adjust lessons for these reasons and will aim to offer alternative equestrian education classes such as Stable Management, Lunging, or Rider Psychology lessons. In these circumstances, the lesson will be considered fulfilled, and no credit or refund will be provided.

Payments, Refunds & Credits

Full payment must be made at the time of booking for all lessons, activities and events.

Bookings for all lessons, activities and events close 24 hours before their start time.

Should you be unable to make a lesson, activity or event, the booking may be transferred to an alternative date provided that 48 hours’ notice is given via the online system. Any cancellation that is eligible for a transfer will have the associated cost credited to your user account on the online EC Pro system.  This credit is then available to rebook lessons, activities or events up to that value.

Should the required 48 hours or more notice have not been given, the cancellation will occur without transfer or credit, and no token or refund will be issued.

Credits expire 6 months from the date of issue and must be used for lessons, activities or events within that time frame.

Refunds for cancelled lessons, activities or events are only available within 30 days of the cancellation and must be requested by email to info@molly-ann.co.uk

If MA Equestrian cancels a lesson, activity, or event for any other reason, such as instructor unavailability or ill health, we will aim to offer alternative options or a credit to your online account in EC Pro.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. MA Equestrian is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
